Golden Warranty Policy from X Lord and MARVN Packages

To register for the Golden Warranty from X Lord for free, please read the following terms and provide the required information:

X Lord Warranty

Warranty Duration: This warranty is valid for one year on the front screen of the X Lord Viedma product from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers: The warranty covers only the front screen breakage, excluding surrounding parts like illuminated edges or the internal display.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage or breakage resulting from misuse.

How to Claim the Warranty: The warranty can be claimed from an authorized dealer or certified sales centers for X Lord products and online stores.

Warranty Registration Requirements: A photo of the purchase invoice and the device information must be uploaded on the warranty page within 72 hours of the purchase time.

Condition to Benefit from the Warranty: The product must be on the device to benefit from the warranty or compensation.

Compensation Method: Compensation is provided through the official warranty website: xlord.co.

Compensation Timeframe: Compensation is provided within 15 working days, subject to the required conditions and after passing the initial inspection.

Compensation Limit: In case all terms and conditions are met and the repair service cannot be provided, compensation up to 600 is offered.

MARVN Package Warranty

Warranty Duration: This warranty is valid for 24 months on the front phone screen and back glass from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers: The warranty covers the breakage of the front screen and the back glass of the phone only.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage or breakage resulting from misuse.

How to Claim the Warranty: The warranty can be claimed from an authorized dealer or certified sales centers for MARVN products.

Warranty Registration Requirements: A photo of the purchase invoice and the device information must be uploaded on the warranty page within 72 hours of the purchase time.

Condition to Benefit from the Warranty: The product must be on the device to benefit from the warranty or compensation.

Compensation Method: Compensation is provided through the official warranty website.
