Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to return or exchange products within seven days from the date of receipt, provided that the product has not been used or benefited from. The customer will bear the costs associated with this.

Customers also have the right to request compensation or exchange in the event of receiving a damaged product due to the delivery process or if a wrong product was received, provided that the objection is made within the first 7 days from the date of receipt.


Return and Exchange Conditions:

  1. All returned products must be in good condition, with original labels and packaging.
  2. The request for return or exchange must be made within the first seven days from the date of receipt.
  3. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for return and exchange, which are 25 for outbound shipping and 35 for return shipping. (Prices do not include VAT).
  4. In the event that the prepaid shipment is not received by the customer, only the product value will be refunded, with a deduction of 35 for return shipping if the invoice includes a shipping discount (free delivery) or not. (Prices do not include VAT).

Return Process:

  2. We will provide you with the complete address for the Package Store to resend the products to us.
  3. After verifying the arrival of the products in good condition, the product will be exchanged or the amount refunded to your account within a maximum period of 14 days.

Cancellation Conditions:

  1. For online paid orders: If cancellation is requested after the order has been shipped, the amount paid will be refunded within 1-7 working days after the shipment is returned to our warehouses.

  2. After verifying the return of the products, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7-15 working days.

Note: We do not accept the return of products damaged due to misuse, and we reserve the right to approve or reject the return of products that do not meet the criteria mentioned above.
